May Ipsy Bag Review

I received my first Ipsy Glam Bag this morning in the mail. I loved the little pink shiny mailer that it came in! So bright and cheerful in my mail box. :)

First off, I love the bag. It's chevron and if anyone knows me chevron is my absolute favorite pattern. I'm kind of obsessed with it. The colors are fun and bright and perfect for spring.

I received 5 items in my bag

1) yaby concealer refill in buff. Retails for $5.06. I haven't used this yet however I did receive the lightest shade that they sent out which is great. I have super pale skin. I'm hoping this will come in handy when I start having a few more sleepless nights at the end of this pregnancy or at the beginning of having a new baby. It is super tiny but the reviews on it are great.

2) Zoya nail polish in Jacqueline. Retails for $8.00. I was a little skeptical of this polish when I first opened it. I wasn't sure how I would like the nude/white color. I was hoping for either the mint green color or the purple one. I put it on one nail when it came in and I think I may actually like it for an accent nail color. The whole "paint one nail a different color than the rest trend" may come in handy with this nail polish. It did dry quickly and I really appreciate that since I am too impatient to wait for polishes to dry very long!

3) Mirabella Perfecting Powder. Full size retails for $30.00. This is a very generous sample size. I've never used a finishing powder before but reviews from other ipsy users is very positive on this product so I can't wait to try it out.

4) Juice Beauty Reflecting Gloss in Pink. Retails for $15.00. I tried this on and it is amazing. It isn't sticky at all and feels really great on my lips. The color is perfect for my skin complexion as well. Very impressed with this little addition.

5) Pacifica Bronzing Body Butter. Retails for $7.00 for the 2 oz. size which is what I was sent. This could be interesting on my pale skin. I've used different self tanners in the past and had about 50/50 luck with them.  Many bronzers/self tanners turn my skin orange instead of bronze so I will be interested to see what this will do for me. Another experiment!

An Ipsy Glam Bag costs $10 shipped. As you can see from the value of each of the items $10 is a great steal! I am very impressed by the value of this bag. I haven't decided whether I am going to continue receiving these bags or not. I have until June 1st to decide whether I want the June bag or not.
