What is the 21 day fix?

It's a nutrition and fitness program designed to help anyone lose weight and tone up. People have seen a weight loss of up to 15 pounds in 21 days just by learning how to portion REAL FOOD and add in 30 minutes of exercise daily. It's a simple program and one that anyone can do.

One of the components to this program is portion control. These handy little containers are part of what you purchase. They help you begin to understand how much of everything you can have. You are learning how to create healthy portions! Best part...no calorie counting! I don't know about you all but I really disliked having to enter in all my food into a program to see how many calories I consumed. 

What do you get to eat? REAL FOOD. I'm a big fan of eating. A BIG fan. I love it. I also love how real food can change your life. Not adding in those artificial ingredients is important. It seems in today's world most ways of eating have something artificial in it. Eat real food in healthy portions and you will start to see huge differences in your life. It won't just result in a thinner waistline, but better overall health and energy. 

I truly recommend trying Shakeology. Not everyone likes it but I think it's worth trying it out for yourself. It's full of healthy whole foods, vitamins, superfoods, protein and more. There is nothing artificial in it. I dare you to look up other options and see if you can find something that has nothing artificial in it. Again, I'm all about putting real healthy food in our bodies. Nourish your body. Shakeology does that. It's a dense dose of nutrition! It is so much more than a protein shake or a meal replacement. The vitamins and natural energy in it are amazing. I also recommend looking up recipes for Shakeology. I do not like drinking it with just water or almond milk. I love my chocolate Shakeology with a banana, a TBSP of crunch peanut butter or almond butter, almond milk and ice. 

There are DVDs that come with the 21 day fix full of 30 minute workouts. 30 minutes of exercise a day improves your health and of course your fitness. It's just 30 minutes! These exercises are designed to burn as many calories as possible in 30 minutes. They are for beginners to advanced. There is a modifier in each one. So make sure you don't overdo yourself, but push yourself to be better each time!

It's 21 days! 3 weeks! That's it. Many go on to do several rounds of the 21 day fix until they feel like they want to move on to a different fitness program. This is totally doable for anyone!
